Food Done Right
Privacy policy
Effective 17 October 2026. This explains what Food Done Right collects when you order from us, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
Food Done Right (F.D.R) LLC runs the Con Todo, Kumo, Gino's Cafe and Darna kitchens, the websites fooddoneright.co and contodo.fooddoneright.co (and the brands' own addresses under fooddoneright.co), the Food Done Right app for iPhone and Android, and the Food Done Right / Con Todo Rewards program. Commercial Register 14916 (Giza), Tax ID 579-646-009. Registered office: Unit CG11, Ground Floor, Twin Towers, Crazy Water Road, Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. Questions: info@fooddoneright.co or (+2) 0 101 777 9078.
What we collect
- Your mobile number. It is your account: we text you a one-time code to sign in (no password), and we text or WhatsApp you about your order. The code is sent through Twilio.
- Your name and, if you give it, your email.
- Delivery addresses you type, pick on a map or save, and the spot on the map you choose. The app can also read your phone's location once, when you ask it to, to find the kitchen that delivers to you. It never tracks you in the background.
- Your orders: what you ordered, from which kitchen, when, how you paid, any note you wrote, and your rating or review.
- Rewards: points, tier, prizes, scratch cards and the orders they came from, tied to your mobile number.
- Payment: when you pay by card or Apple Pay, you pay on Paymob's secure page. Paymob tells us whether the payment went through and the last digits of the card; we never see or store your card number. Cash orders involve no payment data.
- Technical records any app or website keeps: the device and app version, the time of requests and error logs, used only to keep the service working.
Why we use it
- To take, cook and deliver your order, and to tell you where it is.
- To run the rewards program and show you your balance and prizes.
- To answer you when you call or write, and to handle a complaint about an order.
- To keep the books: Egyptian law requires us to keep sales records for several years.
- To send you offers by SMS only if you tick the box at checkout. You can untick it any time by writing to us.
- To prevent abuse, such as repeated unpaid orders.
We do not sell your data and we do not show you third-party advertising.
Who sees it
- Our kitchens and riders: the branch sees your name, order and phone; the rider delivering to you sees your name, address and phone for that delivery.
- Paymob (payments), Twilio (SMS codes and messages), Supabase and Vercel (where our database and websites are hosted), Oracle MICROS Simphony (our kitchen tills receive your order), Google Maps (map links for addresses). Each only receives what it needs to do its job for us.
- Talabat orders are handled under Talabat's own policy; we receive the order details Talabat passes to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account details (name, email, addresses, consent, rewards) stay until you delete your account. Order records are kept for the time accounting law requires, then removed. Sign-in codes expire within minutes. Error logs are kept for a few weeks.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time:
- In the Food Done Right app: Account → Delete my account.
- By email: write to info@fooddoneright.co from any address, giving the mobile number of the account. We confirm by text to that number and delete it within 7 days.
Deleting the account erases your name, email, saved addresses, marketing consent, the name and address on your past orders, and your rewards account including any points and prizes. What remains is the order history itself under the mobile number only, for as long as accounting law requires; it is no longer linked to a name or address. Signing in again later with the same number starts a fresh, empty account.
Your other rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or object to marketing: email info@fooddoneright.co. We answer within 30 days. Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020) applies.
Children
Our websites, app and rewards are for adults ordering food. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe we have, tell us and we delete it.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in needs the code sent to your phone. Card details never reach our systems. Staff see only what their role needs.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app or by text.
